Pricing Details
Our sales team responds quickly with a comprehensive brochure—we encourage you to reach out for more information about hosting your wedding at Terrain. Our pricing structure includes:
Site fees are based on the date and length of rental. Most weddings include a 5.5-hour window for the ceremony and reception, not including arrival or setup time.
This per-person cost covers your selected menu and open bar, all crafted and served by Terrain’s in-house culinary and beverage teams.
Applicable state sales tax will be clearly outlined in your contract.
A 21% service fee is applied to all food and beverage costs—also detailed in your contract.
We pride ourselves on transparency. There are no surprise fees or unexpected price increases.
Minimum guest counts vary by venue, season, and day of the week. These minimums may also be met through an overall spend, with enhancements available to help you reach that threshold.
WAYS TO SAVE
Terrain venues are designed as year-round sanctuaries, and winter offers a magical atmosphere as a new year begins. It’s also the best time to take advantage of reduced rates and more flexibility in customizing your celebration.
We love a brunch wedding—it’s part of Terrain Cafe’s signature charm. Our 4.5-hour brunch package features seasonal favorites and is perfect for a relaxed or romantic afternoon celebration. Available Sundays from January through March and on select incentivized dates.
Planning a smaller gathering? Our weekday wedding packages are tailored for celebrations under 50 guests. Host your event Monday through Thursday and enjoy the full Terrain experience—beautiful spaces, seasonal cuisine, and exceptional service—at a more accessible price point.
Have a flexible timeline? We’ve successfully planned weddings in under three weeks. If you're open to a date within the current calendar year, you may qualify for exclusive savings on select remaining dates.
CULINARY ETHOS

Our most popular wedding formats are plated dinners and family-style receptions—both designed to create a warm, welcoming, and delicious dining experience.
We offer seasonal group tastings exclusively for contracted couples, held on select weekday evenings. It’s a wonderful opportunity to sample our offerings and finalize your menu.

From the moment you arrive, your dedicated Event Manager will oversee every detail of your day—from vendor load-in to the final send-off. With the support of a Terrain coordinator and wedding attendant, our team ensures a seamless ceremony and reception.
Most Terrain wedding packages include six months of comprehensive venue support. We’ll guide you through every step of the planning process to create a stress-free, organized, and enjoyable experience.
