Guided by the seasonal harvest, our in-house culinary staff creates locally-inspired menus for all occasions, from plated meals to family-style dining, buffets and cocktail receptions. Our team will assist you in choosing the menu for your event, paired with signature cocktails and hand-selected wines and our warm, professional waitstaff, bartenders, and coordinators will deliver welcoming and efficient service.
Culinary Director Steve Linneman, began his culinary career immersed in the world of events, working first at leading events production house, Cescaphe, and later The Four Seasons Hotel. In 2009, he joined the team at URBN’s 543 café, which eventually led him to become one of the inaugural chefs at the newly concepted terrain cafe. From the beginning, the potential of terrain’s food service concept was unknown – in fact, there wasn’t even a real kitchen – but that didn’t stop Chef Linneman from exploring his opportunities to create something unique for the brand. Some of the staple items served at Terrain Garden Cafe, like the signature locally-sourced cheese board and flower pot bread, were originated by Chef Linneman’s time heading the kitchen at the flagship terrain at Styer’s and he was instrumental in the opening of terrain’s second location in Westport.
